Seh Toh

"Seh Toh" is mentioned when you feel annoyed and slightly frustrated. It is often used when drinking and clubbing. This word is said when you cannot decide whether a person is drunk or he/she has officially knock out. It has multiple meanings and can be used whenever you want to.

When somebody greats you but you don't want to stop and talk, so you say hello and move on in an awkward fashion.
Seh-Uh is an overall descriptive terms made for things, while lacking in strict definition, are not lacking in feeling.
