Intentionally offbeat, blunt, and sarcastic Australian humor to exclaim that you mean business and you're not here to waste time.
It's also rhyming slang with "not here to kick the tires" of a car for sale, which has a similar meaning.

A REALLY big spider with the seeming propensity to shred you tip to stern. When such spider walks, you can feel the fear through your feet, and the vibrations that it makes running after your ass. If you see one of these, you have one of 3 options.

So, by default, "here to Fuck Spiders" is simply to mess around, goof off, waste time, and have a blast. Or as a means of using the internet to procrastinate, pursuing frivolous websites rather than accomplishing work. Could also indicate an unnatural attraction to arachnids.
