Someone who is cocky, arrogant and a flirt. One can be accused of being Fresh or trying to get get Fresh with someone. This is usually when someone tries to get some physical action without permission first.

(Adjective) This word was a slang used back in the 80's to describe having something new. Ex. "I got a fresh haircut." Or "I like your fresh sneakers." It was also used back then to describe something nice. Ex. "Your car is nice! It is fresh!"
2015-FRESH

This word is now used to describe something that is free. Can also be used as a substitute for any other word as long as it is used in context with in the sentence.

"I'm going to be riding the bus fresh today because the trains are out of service and they have free shuttle bus."
