A nice term used to describe a Special Education class. A "B-Team member " is a term that describes a student enrolled in a special education class. e.g. a person who lacks adequate mental capabilities.

The B team refers to the "other team", I.E. the team we are not on...... gays. A member of said team would therefore be referred to as a "B teamer", rhyming with "steamer", which has its own definition here.

Back-up team, Cleaners, usually sent in when the A-team cant finish or messes up the job. Commonly made up of highly skilled under motivated individuals who dont like what they do, but are very good at it.
A-team blew it again, better send in the B-team

The friend/aquaintence that only hangs out with you because you their other friends arent around. B-Team Friends usually dont invite eachother to sleepovers and such.
