faux queue

noun phrase: A slow line at a store checkout, the cause of one's being faux queued.
verb: to cause one to be faux queued by inordinately slowing down the progress of the checkout line.

Solo queue

Whenever a person queues for a game in a ranked online game such as League of Legends or Counter-Strike: Global Offensive alone (as opposed to playing with friends or friends of friends). People who do this typically run into the issue of having incompetent teammates or going up against a premade opposing team.

Person A: Dude, I just solo queued a cs game in mm and got deranked because I got matched with a team full of friends and my team didn't know what they were doing.
Person B: That sucks bro, next time invite me so we can duo queue and carry next time.

jump the queue

To jump the queue means to enter a queue or line at any position other than the end.

Mostly used in Britain and Australia. In the US they say 'cut in line'.

Excuse me, I'm in a bit of a hurry. Could I please jump the queue.

A person who goes into someones Twitch Sings channel and joins the broadcasters singing queue, then leaves to another channel as soon as the broadcaster is done singing with them.

L4rth quit queue hopping, I've seen you sing in 5 other channels.

I am not a queue hopper, I just want to see myself over and over again.

Queue dodge

To purposely leave a matchmaking lobby in an online multiplayer game in order to invite a fellow member to your party or group.
This happens mainly due to the lack of acknowledgement of the present members in the party, or technical difficulties in the matchmaking stage.

Party member 1: OMG DUDE, I FORGOT BOB!

Party member 2: DUDE OMG RLY? WTF!

Party member 1: YEAH BRO, queue dodge so we can get him in the party! I've done too many queue dodges today!

Party member 2: Alright, we're gonna have to wait another 5 MINS! D:
