The Shins

A great Indie pop band that expertly crafts wonderful pop songs with a slightly wistful, melacholy undertone. Their 2001 release Oh, Inverted World quickly became a favorite among fans of Indie pop fans, and their second release, Chutes Too Narrow, was also recieved among critics and fans alike.

The Shins are the best band you've never heard.

The Shins

A truly original and forever great alternative/indie band. Albums include Oh, Inverted World, Chutes Too Narrow, and Wincing the Night Away. I suggest listening to "Australia" for starters. Their music is also featured in Garden State, which is a good movie but seriously people, you'd have no idea about The Shins if it wasn't for Zach Braff.

Emily: I love the Shins. Sleeping lessons is such a good song. Yanno?

Emily: Never mind.

An amazing indie band. Best band of all time. A great band that became too popular because of Garden State! They currently live in Portland. Albums include "Oh, Inverted World" and "Chutes Too Narrow." (Both are great!)
