It is has approximately ten times the potentcy of regular type wack. Only to be used in cases where a person is exhibiting extreme stupidity, bitchiness, whining, etc.

Similar to wiggity wack, except cooler. Because it has a "-". And everyone knows girls love guys who punctuate their slang properly.
"Jamal is wiggity-wack" is much more kickass than just "Jamal is wiggity whack"
