A term used when someone royally forgets something or when they Drop the Ball. Time Square in New York City on New Years Eve has a ball that drops to signify the entering of a new year.

A Times Square Character is a Creep dressed in low quality costumes as your favorite movie or tv show characters that Hunt you down if you don't want to take a picture. They also steal your phone, forcing you to pay your money.

Any place where a large group urinates in a common area.
Brendan and the boys were out getting shitfaced again. They got together at a Times Square Outhouse. Brendan thought it was a water fountain. His bad!
