Veritas Society

A concentrated collection of sexually puzzled thrift store sports coats who have all withheld desires for each other at one point or another. Within this wardrobe lies the incessant need to appear intellectually superior to the average college student (themselves). To be initiated in this college club includes a $10 fee and the desire to homestead. The women want to have a multitude of kids but also money, so they seek this out by going after men with philosophy degrees.

Man 1: "Hey, have you ever read Nicomachean Ethics?"
Man 2: "Of course I have, I am in the Veritas Society after all."

Veritas Aequitas

It is quite possible that the words veritas and aequitas come from the Latin version of Isaiah 59:14 "et conversum est retrorsum iudicium et iustitia longe stetit quia corruit in platea veritas et aequitas non potuit ingredi" -- which translates to the King James version as "And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter."

verita-tas

Natural breasts that have not been altered by breast augmentation surgery. It is blending of the Latin word for truth (veritas) and a slang expression for breasts (ta-tas).

"No, she doesn't have breast implants. I can assure you, those are honest-to-goodness verita-tas."
