Yorker Yuppies

Description: Wealthy New Yorkers from NYC who colonize New Jersey.

Behavior: They destroy communities and pay more than the listed price from overvalued homes. Ignore the previous culture of places they colonize. Will flaunt how they improve "ghetto towns" even when said towns were never ghettos.

Habitat: Wealthy urban downtowns, reddit page, trash hills (high rises), most of Hoboken, and downtown Jersey City.

Procedures: Approach respectfully and ask them to respect the natives. If they agree, then you have succeeded in assimilating a colonizer (gentrifier). If they become enraged, they're likely apart of the cult of anti-whites (woke), or they're just in a bad mood. If they're in the anti-white cult, then prepare for the funeral of your neighborhood. Make preparations to sell your home when houses with a true value of $200,000 start selling for over $1,000,000. Perhaps you can even document your area before it becomes fully gentrified.

Guy: Have you seen what the Yorker Yuppies, the wealthy New Yorkers, have done to downtown Jersey City? It's horrible.

Gal: I know. The mayor of that town is selling out the residents. It's a shame. I feel like crying because of what's happening.
Guy: I hear they're coming for Newark next.

Gal: Oh no! We need to stop this madness. Their tyranny of trendiness ends here!
Guy: Those monsters should stay on their side of the hudson river. They come here and claim they're Jersey Jacks and Janes, but also New Yorkers. It's possible to be both, but in truth, those folks never were either. In trying to be both, they are nothing at all. Gal, do you want to go on a walk with me where we'll video tape our area?
Gal: That sounds fantastic. We need to document the community before gentrifiers destroy it.

new yorker

a true new yorker is some one born and raised in new york city or the new york city metropolitan area (within new york state). they are proud and loyal and they understand the true past, present and future of their city.

they are not tourists or people who moved to new york simply because it is the place to be. true new yorkers have known the city and have had new york moments since they were young and so have a deep relationship with the city.

Tony is a real new yorker, he grew up by the old yankee stadium and his parents have a building out in the slope.
