A person who is severally attached to their bong, they take it everywhere they go and they require a bong hit before they do any physical task.

Mike: Hey man, what's been going on with Riley lately, he's been acting strange.
Adam: Ah yeah, he has a bad case of the Bongitis, hopefully he will recover soon.
