An angry AI core created by the Brotherhood of NOD. At first, CABAL was merely a puppet of NOD, obeying all their wishes and helping the fight the Global Defense Initiative (GDI).
However, in the firestorm age, CABAL got overloaded on tiberium vines and took on a life of his own.
The AI core now imagined that he was his own being and owed loyalty to no one. He then went medieval on both GDI and NOD, destroying evrything in his path.
Oh, shit. CABAL no longer serves NOD. If he is not stopped, he will kill us all. AAA!!!

When you're in the middle of a war with the Cabal on Mars and you have to punch through the defenses of Valas Ta'aurc, who commands the Siege Dancers outside of Rubicon to loosen their grip on the freehold.
Vuvuzela: Whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather, he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank just outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

A secret underground organization hell bent on taking over the world via the internets. No one knows the exact number of members. Those who have tried to infiltrate the inner circle have been viciously banned, never to return. According to ancient chat logs, the PCC will, some day, slay all unbelievers with their hordes of zombies and rat eating robots.

The Seedy Cabal is an ancient underground organization of political operatives that aims to create unrest and influence the masses. Little is known about the organization apart from the initials of the three founding members, HB, AK, and RT. The only known operations of the group involve the destruction of the reputations of their political opponents. It is also speculated the cabal was involved in other world events throughout history, such as the sacking of Rome and the creation of the state of Israel, alongside the Rothschilds.
