When a girl/woman is camping and she is not wearing any or little make-up, without a shower for a couple of days, sporting pig tails, a hat, along with other camping attire but still pulling off the cute card...she is campy-cute. Campy-cute girls are low maintenance, and look glamorous in nature.
Girl #1 : I'm looking a little rough (after checking herself out in the vanity mirror in the car).

To get fucked up by a various means simultaneously, normally with drugs and alchohol. Taken from a spoof on an Old Navy commercail, it just sounds like a good way to describe being totally wasted.
