When someone makes a comment that has gone way too far, the word "cloudy" must be used to let them know this. If the person accused disagrees, the accuser must ask for "judges rule" and any other person present may either say "Cloudy" or "The sky is as clear as John Goodman's movie schedule."

Usually a thot, is a girl at most parts. Would suck off a whole school! Some people think of a hoe or whore but, hey those are opinions! Mostly high all the time since shes a druggie. And yeah!

Already submitted yesterday and got a confirmation mail that it will be on the urban dictionary soon but now when I checked its linking to another word cloudy which is incorrect.
Multiple cloud vendors like an AWS, Microsoft Azure, Alibaba cloud etc together as a bunch can be jointly referred to as 'Cloudies' in plural form.
Until these large 'Cloudies' find a way of working with the tech startups and IP creators I find it tough for them to survive this big bad cut throat competitive CLOUD world going forward!

Computer files that are backed up online, or in the cloud. If a file is cloudy, then there is no need to worry about losing the copy on the computer.
My computer crashed while I was working on my term paper for my history class. At first, I was worried. Then I remembered that I had uploaded a copy to Dropbox, so the paper was cloudy.
