a.The individual (usually male) holding a girl on his shoulders at a concert to facilitate her "flashing".
b. Degree of which being proportional to the amount of photography and strangers copping a feel.
Dave held his wife Mary-Sue on his shoulders at the Lynard Skynard concert so she could flash the band. The crowd all took pictures and felt her up. Dave was a really big Concert Cuckold!

The pumped-up, hyped-up feeling one gets after attending an awesome concert or show that lasts for a couple days and is eventually replaced with withdrawal symptoms.
That show was freaking awesome, I'll be on a concert high for weeks!

The crazy headache and full body soreness you get after a crazy concert, also possible injuries or sickness from drinks and a mosh pit at a gigantic concert.

After a concert you have been waiting for for ages ends and you have nothing else to look forward to and everything you do reminds you of the concert.
