To be "cooked in the head." Probably comes from "fried" or "brain fried." Imagine how someone would act if their brain was at least partially cooked. Could mean under the influence of drugs/alcohol or someone acting crazy or out of the ordinary.

Australians who were led to believe that mRNA vaccines worked.
Made false claims such as it would stop virus transmission and hospitalisation for those who caught the virus. Definitely could not die once vaccinated. All claims have been proven false, incredibly they claim this was never the case!
Cookers also claimed ivermectin was โhorse dewormerโ and not for humans. It can be used as a horse dewormer, however, it is a proven treatment and has recently been added to the CDC and NIH antiviral treatments.
โRecently the CDC in the USA and NIH in the United Kingdom approved Ivermectin for use as antiviral drug.โ New York Times August 2022
