a "DeclineR" is an obese, ginger kid who spends all his time playing Halo. You may find many of these on what is called "Xbox Live" but there is only one true "DeclineR" and his "Xbox Live Gamertag" is "DecllineR".
"DeclineR" in other words, is the definition of Obese/Ginger.
