When someone looks at another person in a confrontational, possibly aggressive, manner. This usually takes place in a pub, bar, or club.

You're talking to a friend when they say:

"He's really dogging me up, I'm gonna have a word..."

The definition of updog is β€œa midget fucking a dead rabbit while on top of the Empire State Building and eating a bowl of carrots.
