Just came out one day ( in a playful way ). I didn't want use the words " fucking mouth" and foogie just came out and my girlfriend knew exactly what I was trying to say.
"Yo man" or "Yo, something happened"
"Yo foogy, how are you doing"
"Yo foogy, they're having a fight over there"
Foogy was made by myself, Boogey. The meaning is the opposite of me, if you dont talk like Boogey, your talking all foogy, if you dont look like Boogey, you look all foogy.
