Freepy is an adjective meaning weird.

But like a non-offensive offensive type of weird...

Person was walking down the hallway in an odd fashion. His friend saw him and yelled " Person bruh, you're so freepy. haha."
Person laughed with him.

A cross between friendly and creepy.

Man, Sam is being extra Freepy tonight. I'm not sure if he is trying to hit on me or just being super friendly. Can't be safe, i'll make sure to keep a lid on my drink.
