Telling someone to go get a job implies telling them to end their continued presence on the internet and actually become a useful member of society instead of being a deadweight who sits inside all day arguing with people over trivial matters online. Instead of using the normal version of "You're gay" and "Eat a dick faggot" this term adds sophistication to the insult.

This insult is generally only used in states where same sex marriage is legal.
