An often used expression from the Regular Show used as an affirmative statement and
also as a sarcastic way of saying "I told you so" or "You are ignorant".
After blocking a death punch from Rigby, Mordecai said
"Hmmm. Hmmm. You are never going to beat me at punchies!"
An expression used in response to a questionable comment or statement.
Guy: MY phone was having bad reception all night, that's why I never answered your call.
Girl: Hmmm
