Originating from the lovely city of Frisco, Texas, "IGL" is an acronym meaning "I get laid" or "I got laid", depending on how it is used. A spin-off of this is "UGL", meaning, of course, "you get laid", used as a question. Used mostly as a joke, such as when a girl asks to borrow a pencil in class and you turn to your friend and excitingly proclaim "IGL!"

A player inside a "Pick Up Game" or "PUG" (Most commonly used in the terms of CS:GO) who claims to be an "In Game Leader" or "IGL". They always believe themselves to be the most knowledgeable player on the team and will fight tooth and nail to prove you are wrong. This term is used mostly as an insult claiming the person being called a "PUG IGL" is in fact, not very intelligent but instead they are very strong headed.
