Incense and peppermints is a song from the 60's, but mostly it's when you smoke a joint with a peppermint in your mouth and it makes the smoke taste really good and not be as harsh sometimes.
I don't really wanna give any examples for incense and peppermints. It's pretty self-explanitory how it's used.

The rule that states "before we go to sleep tonight after smoking this weed, we have to let the incesnse run out." this rule was put into effect because people were smoking and wasting weed because they fell asleep so fast.

Related to buddhism where incense would be burned to give praise to the ancestors. During herbal meditation, the body is the temple, and lighting a spliff is incense for the soul, centering your body and bringing yourself closer to Jah.

Synthetic Marijuana. It has the short trem effects that resembles weed, but the effects on your body are more like LSD mixed with speed, and after a while, severe psychological, respiratory, and gastrointestinal side effects can surface.
