A soft paper like, or fabric sheet used to line the inside of a baby's diaper with. Diaper liners are mainly used with cloth diapers, but can be used with disposable diapers as well. Diaper liners help prevent excessive soiling of diapers, particularly cloth diapers, eliminating the need for thorough rinsing and soaking after changing, while at the same time helping to provide a protective barrier between babies tender skin and the wet or soiled diapers, reducing the incidence of diaper rash.
Before putting the clean cloth diaper on my son, I placed a diaper liner inside the cloth diaper.
All of the babies in the dayhome wore cloth diapers with diaper liners and rubber pants.

An 03 liner is someone born in 2003. Therefore, 03 liners is also an amazing group of friends who are always there for each other, and will love you unconditionally. They will support you through thick and thin and never disappoint you. They can also be crackheads and make you actually laugh out loud through text. They also love kpop and thats how they met eachother, but besides all the kpop they are absolutely amazing people with a heart of gold. If you have a friend whos an 03 liner you better never let go of them because they are the most understanding people ever, and will never leave your side. They are one of the best people you will ever meet. They have an illuminating glow that will automatically put you in awe, and can't belive they are actually real.
