People who stand outside of apartment complexes, gas stations, convenience stores (etc.) for a prolonged period of time, doing what is apparently nothing. They might yawn a lot, lean against something, stare rudely at other people, or even shout for no apparent reason.
If you do this, screw you.

One who has no life and stands around an area for an enormous amount of time for no apparent reason. A loiterer can be found usually on thier computer at McDonald's or in front of a 7-11 store.
I've been standing here for a long time... I must be a loiterer.

This is a 17th century English term for a slacker. An idling, lazy good-for-nothing. Literally, someone who seems to spend all day in bed doing nothing useful.
