The Panzerkampfwagon VIII "Maus" was a German superheavy tank that was introduced towards the end of WWII. She featured the thickest armor any had ever seen, two enormous cannons, and was overall the biggest thing you have ever seen. Only 2 were built, one was destroyed and the other was captured by the Red Army. It was called "Maus" because they figured the Allies would hear the term, (Maus translates to Mouse), and think of a small, light tank, thus they would send few forces after it, then be crushed by the mighty landship.
"Mein Fรผrher, Unsere Panzer kรถnnen diesem Ansturm nicht standhalten!"
"Bah, Bau mir einen neuen Panzer. Der Grรถรte und der Beste!"
"Ja Kommandant. Nennen wir es, die Maus."
