It's used to describe a group of females, usually with ages 18-26, that gather in a group and talk girly stuff. They are good looking in a 3/4 ratio.

Cristi:"Man, look over there, those girls are always togheter."
Tudor:"Fuck it man, they are such a mij gang."

Its my name backwards because somebody said "your name backwards is how you die'' and Mij isnt a word.

Its not a word so I cant use Mij.
