Mounties are the notorious alma mater of a South Dublin (Ireland) all girls school. Simillar 'Vasar chicks' these young women are famous for dropping their draws, spending daddy's money, cat fighting and drinking very heavily. On rare occasions, a Mountie can be a British national. This is rare (see Urban Dictionary definition Rare as Rocking Horse Shit). More commonly, a Mountie comes from developing countries and receives sub-standard training in the UK.
