a man or woman who through family social status, a self built status or both has deep connections to a lot of powerful people. This includes having the powerful person's contact information like their personal cell phone number, email and other on line information not readily available to the general public. The networked person is not necessarily a household name but can be, the bottom line, the powerful people who matter know this person, their family, or have crossed paths with this person in the past.

if your running for office, having a fundraiser, or want hot people to come to your party you want this person on your team he is networked and can make it happen.

dude is networked he just had Jay Z and Beyonce over for dinner and his Pops had Oprah over last week.
