Out-Of-Box-Experience (OOBE) is a terribly broken setup file that starts after you install Windows. Windows 10's OOBE is the worst by far. When you skip the OOBE for Windows 10, on restart the computer will enter Boot Options instead of Windows 10.

Obese Orange Boi. A fat, ugly sport teacher who is sexist towards girls, racist and should not be qualified to be a sport teacher because he can not even do simple techniques properly. He also has a pea-sized brain and shows of his money by buying powerades for the most sporty kids in the class. He should go commit drown in orange juice.
