Peacekeeping, in the United Nations' sense is to send troops to 5th grade cafeteria's to quell spoon thefts. The 16 PKO's are actually all peace making, Kofi was drunk and misnamed them. To send peacekeepers anywhere but 5th grade cafeteria's causes extinciton because of disease

The United Nations Peacekeeping forces kept the peace within Canada, a country not within any conflict.

The use of personnel to maintain already existing peace by monitoring arms control agreements and/or a demilitarized zone in an area where violence threatens to break out, organized under the direction of a United Nations treaty or agreement, for example the creation and use of an outer space peacekeeping agency under as described in the Space Preservation Treaty.
The United States is the only obstacle to establishing support for a peacekeeping operation in space by refusing to ratify the Space Preservation Treaty.

The preachers, pastors and community leaders who always rush out after a racially charged incident against african-americans to calm people and direct them to forgive or embrace their attackers. These individuals decide to represent all african-americans in the community, but often act hypocritically for their own benefit to establish a national profile and win influence among the african-american community for future church donations. They are noticeably absent when the violence does not have racial overtones.
