Peam is simply peam. It can be used in a number of ways, but the base of its humor is that its non-specific. It neither means good or bad, just that something “is”.

Peam is a variation of peak meaning so good that it requires an "m" to describe it.

The stuff you get in your YouTube recommendations that's horrendously bad and is a day old, maybe two or three. If it has a certain "so bad it's good" charm or quality to it though, peam can be however old you want.
"Dude, look at this! It's peam from 14 years ago, you love to see it."
"Oh shit, dude! We're gonna sit down and watch some PEAM!"
(adjective) - describes something that can be seen as cool, or non-subjectively viewed by any party as favorable. Derived off of the word Peak.
