A pug named Pepe is normally an unintelligent creature who when observed portrays itself with large bugged eyes. These eyes indicate its low level of intelligence and stupidity similar to most dogs it has a low IQ and lacks object permanence due to this it tends to forget who people are and therefore it gets very excited whenever it sees anyone because it’s dumb.
Oh my gosh why is Pepe looking at me with stupid bug eyes. It’s making me so uncomfortable.
Pepe is the only frog in recorded history known to have escaped a slowly heating pot of water before reaching boiling temperatures.
