Craps; a word to use in plural terms of many peices of crap.
Piece of craps; a word in which a pile of crap is made up of many other craps. (can be used hypothetically as well as literal)
Bob: "My hometown is a piece of craps."
Steve: "What does that mean?"
Bob: "Well, everyone in my town are a peice of crap, so since my town holds all of the craps--people--it is a piece of craps."
Steve: "Ooh, I guess that makes sense"

It is an operating system that is disliked by the creatorof it(or CEO of the Company that released it), or the users. For example when Bill gates was interviewed and pointed out that he doesn't like vista.
