In grappling competitions, a sandbagger is known as somebody who fights down his/her normal skill level in order to get easy wins.
For example: A grappler who has an intermediate skill level (2-4 years experience) will decide to drop down to fight in the novice or beginners divisions in order to sweep everyone out of the division and win the gold.
Wrestlers are usually the ones that sandbag, but other grapplers do it as well.
Regardless though, sandbaggers are pussies and should be beat for their bad deeds. :P

When one office knows it's Green Week next week and holds back money from the deposits so they can have a bunch of extra money during Green Week in an effort to keep up with superior offices.
Dude... What a bunch of Sandbaggers... The Killeen office totally sandbagged Green Week! They won, but it's a hollow victory. Austin still rocks!

When a hockey team enters a U11 female tournament in the bronze group C when in fact their skill level would put them in the next group up just to ensure they win.
The Powel river queens entered the wickfest female hockey tournament in group C bronze because “it’s their first year together”. They sat around laughing at the fact they were going to kill all these other teams because they knew damn well “first year together” didn’t mean shit seeing as all the girls had played hockey for 4+ years already on boys teams. They won the tournament by a long shot and “had a great trip home”. Sandbaggers
A person who works twice as hard at not doing the work versus actually doing the work.
Chris could get the job done in half the time he spends whining about how hard it will be to do the work....what a sandbagger.
