saturday night live

A show that has been in a constant state of decline, no matter who you ask.

14 year old-"Man, SNL started sucking once Will Ferrel left!"

19 year old-"Man, SNL has sucked Chris Farley and Mike Myers left!"

35 year old-"Man, SNL sucked ever since Eddie Murphy left!"

50 year old-"STFU young'uns, Saturday Night Live sucked once John Belushi left!"

Saturday night plague

A post-1980's discotheque.

Jack: Hey Mark, wanna go to the disco?

Mark: Dude, Jack, it's freaking 2007. That place's a Saturday night plague and has been for at least 17 years.

Saturday Night Backpack

The suspicious backpack seen on college campuses everywhere on Saturday night, never filled with books or study materials. Filled with anything from a 30 of beer to handles of liquor.

Dude, are you bringing that thirty of natty ice in your Saturday night backpack later?

Bismarck Saturday Night

Masturbating while deficating.

I walked in to the men's room and I caught little Johnny having a Bismarck Saturday night.

Saturday Night Special

What I, and all sensible ladies, carry to discourage or stop attacks by hoodlums.

Nobody ever raped a thirty-eight. That's why I pack a Saturday Night Special.

saturday night live

A great skit comedy show that started in 1975 and is on today. It was hilarious up until 2000 or so when the comedy just became dull. Alot of great actors and comedians got famous through SNL; Chris Farley, Adam Sandler, David Spade, Jay Mohr, Billy Murray, Eddie Murphy, Billy Crystal, Tim Meadows, Will Ferrel, Chevy Chase, Dan Aykroyd and more.

Boy I remember the good ole' days staying up to watch SNL, now I can't stand the sight of Jimmy Fallon.

saturday night special

A slang term for an inexpensive, small-caliber revolver. Dave Kopel, Research Director at the Independence Institute, explains:

The โ€œSaturday night specialโ€ is in part a linguistic descendant of the racist phrase "Niggertown Saturday Night." The obvious implication of the phrase "Saturday night special" is that it is a gun used by "niggers" to shoot each other with during their wild Saturday nights. No one denies that the people disarmed by a "Saturday night special" ban would be predominantly poor and non-white.

Saturday Night Specials are preferred by the lower classes, therefore they must be dangerous.
