In terms of anxious distress that is predominantly caused by the situation the person finds themself in rather than anxious distress that is attributed to genetics, long standing socioeconomic situations, or chronic existential crises.
While I believe the patient does suffer from anxiety, their current level of anxiety is more based on situationality--the fact that there is a pandemic with a recession, rather than their own chronic issues or ebbs and flows of anxiety disorders. I would not raise their dosage, based on situationality.
