A sloppy smarge is an alcoholic beverage consisting of a large ratio of Smirnoff vodka to ABC Cream Soda. A sloppy smarge contains greater than 30% alcohol by volume (at least 4:1 ratio vodka:cream soda).

Used to describe something that is either extremely small or extremely large, but definitely not medium. The perfect opposite of "medium."
1. “They only have smarge sizes left — either baby size or XXL!”
2. “I asked for a regular coffee, but they gave me a smarge one. It’s like a bucket.”
Related to online sizing. You order it and it says it's a small. but actually it's a large. Small meets large is smarge.
