They don't have my size I can't fit the small or the medium if only they had a smedium!

Between small and medium, can be used for more than just shirt sizes.
There are about 60 employees, so the company is smedium.
Mostly t-shirts worn by douch-nozzle tools that are way to small to appear bigger when in fact makes them look gayer!!

Small Medium; usally worn by hipsters & emo kids who's parents didn't hug them enough growing up.
1.)- Look at that guy wearing skinny jeans and a smedium purple v-neck.
