Connotation: medical slang
Definition: The amount of physical energy someone has to do a specific task.
Etiology: Comes from the psychological “spoon theory” (look that up separately I ain’t explaining it)
Someone: “wanna hang out today?”
Me: “Nah I don’t have enough spoons for that, I’m planning on napping.”
Someone: “tf is a spoon?”
A form of cuddling where the boyfriend/taller girlfriend lays facing the same direction as their shorter boyfriend/girlfriend and wraps their arms around the waist from the back, fitting together like "spoons"
Person 1: Did you hear that Mark and Shannon were spooning last night?
Person 2: Yeah... They do it too much.. They need to get a room!!

A nickname for an obnoxiously self entitled, controlling, toxic and dramatic person. This person loves playing the victim card in every situation and enjoys self pity. They are fake and not to be trusted as they love making you feel bad for them and about yourself. They will simultaneously stab in the back and betray you. This term can also be used to describe or nickname someone with wide hips.
Look at Hannah, she is such a spoon.
