Having external symmetry with internally-symmetric parts which are asymmetric with respect to each other.
There is only one such possible shape.
A shape with self-symmetry is externally symmetric and is made up of symmetric parts but is itself internally asymmetric.

A law that states that, if one moves a person off of their Top 8, or changes said persons position in the top 8, the person who was moved will move the first person to match.
