In a fight, this is a phrase used by onlookers, and instigaters. It urges one fighter to physically wrap their arms around the mid section of the other fighter, lift him/her off the ground, turn the victim's body, in mid air, either horizontally, or upside down, and then slam them back onto the ground. In most cases, injury to the upper body results from the impact. This wrestling move is frequently used in highschool boys team lockerooms in order for senior players to teach freshman teammates who is boss.

Describing someone who readily engages in anal-receptive sex. Usually a gay man, but also can be a girl that likes it in the stink. Comes from the fact that most car's exhausts are located in the rear, and the anus is in the same relative place on a human.
