A person of Islander origin (usually Samoa) that often carry's a ukulele around everywhere and is often a douchebag, causing public disturbances wherever they go.

"Titty-toter" is slang for a bra. It's a combination of titty, the common euphemism for a woman's breasts and tote, meaning carried. It's use of alliteration and the cadence of the syllables make it enjoyable to say.
