Trump Recovery Syndrome

A phenomenon whereby individuals who were triggered by President Trump, go through a series of stages before finally calming down and feeling peace. This is entirely natural after 4+ years of his anxiety-provoking madness. The nervous system has to re-calibrate. Our habitual range of e-motion has to return to healthier parameters. Those stages may include deep sleep, hyper-vigilance, spontaneous joy, intermittent rage, feelings of boredom, generalized anxiety, a persistent need to check media, a hunger for intensity, pendulating between emotional armor and moments of surrender. It is very similar to one’s experience of reality after any abuser leaves their life. It takes real time to integrate the fact that they are gone, particularly in the case of a malignant-narcissist who has a perpetual need for attention. Anyone suffering from TRS will benefit from a patient approach to their recovery. Trump hit many buttons, and it will take time before your nervous system can regulate. - Jeff Brown

Trump Delusion Syndrome

When someone is so blindly supportive of lying politicians like Donald Trump that anything they do is automatically good or part of some greater plan no matter how bad it is or how often he lies about it or changes his position on it. They can no longer tell right from wrong, fact from fiction or puppet from patriot. Eventually they become so delusional they say things that are totally deranged

Normal person: Did you hear Trump handed over our nuclear codes to Putin?
Delusional person: That is a good thing
Normal person: How is that a good thing?
Delusional person: I don't know but if a lying politician like Trump did it then it must good
Normal person: You better see a Doctor, you have Trump Delusion Syndrome (TDS) so bad you've become deranged.

Trump Derangement Syndrome

A diagnosable medical condition in which the afflicted blindly follows Donald Trump, a.k.a. "The Chosen One." The afflicted is incapable of free thought, unable to critically evaluate the actions or any criticism of "Dear Leader," or otherwise accurately perceive the world around them. The mindless adoration of President Trump is so intense as to impairs the person’s judgment. Additional symptoms include blind hatred of those who preach tolerance and deference to verifiable facts, as opposed to whatever "Dear Leader" or His surrogates tell them to believe.

Many people in conservative echo chambers have an incorrect impression of Trump Derangement Syndrome, while suffering from it themselves.
