In the work place: Experts still can’t agree whether it’s an incurable disease or a dangerous parasite and sub-species of the common “Dog-Fucker”.
Easy to spot. Like the common dog-fucker, hands are always in their pockets and they are seldom found working. They differ in that they display a unique ability to produce an unmistakable nasal like tone that can only be produced by the common dog-fucker when it’s nostrils are pinched. If left unchecked is known to spread to the common dog-fuckers.
They seek out host-victims and drain the energy from anybody who will listen to them. They thrive on creating chaos and will poision the workplace. Experts all agree that a “whiner” cannot be cured and must be exterminated. Companies that have specialized in ridding households of banker infestations are now expanding into the lucrative commercial field of dog-fucker and whiner extermination.
Interim Protection from parasitical drain: A whiner is defenseless against the “sucker-punch” because their hands will be in their pockets. When they are still seeing stars, respond with “Fuck-Off and go do some work!” and nothing more. The parasite will seek out other hosts.

What a character from a movie who tries to be as unpleasant as possible comes off as.
The girl in the movie spent the entire movie trying to be an unpleasant character, though she really sounded like a whiner to the audience.
According to Presidential candidate John McCain's advisor Phil Graham, WHINERS are Americans who complain about the poor economy.
Citizen: "But Mr. McCain, Americans can't afford to fuel their cars or buy groceries anymore."
John McCain: "Americans are such whiners."

Stupid bitches who apparently whine about anything in Call Of Duty 4 multiplayer, especially when something happened to them what is not of their personal benefit at all.
For example when they die by a gun or tactic which they consider cheap, they will start moaning in chat or voip.
The funny thing is though they won't be put off to use the same "cheap" gun/tactic for their own advantage and act as if it's no big deal afterwards. This is because they consider themselves to be entitled to do so since you just did it to them and this is all justified and whatnot...
In general, all these bitches want is a big greasy dick stuck between their shaven buttcheeks being fucked by it the whole night long.
But by moaning, they rather like to ruin the game for others than admit the fact that they love this kind of pervo stuff.

All of the Hillary Clinton supporters who are now claiming that Trump is not their president. Clearly these individuals don't understand how the political system works.
