A practioner of Wicca, a psuedo religion that is considered so lame by the rest of us that it has less than twenty definitions in the Urban Dictionary. Those that belong (usually female) lie to themselves that they don't really care what others think about them, but deep down they do. It's all organic paganism and mother earth and gaia and witchcraft.
That girl believes people will think more highly of her if she says she's wiccan, but really it just confirms that she is unhappy with who she is.

Female practitioners are traditionally called "Witches" while the males are known as "Warlocks."
They are both easily distinguished from non-Wiccans by their extreme over-use of Mascara.
