An alcoholic drink made by combining a 40 ounce bottle of malt liquor or beer with a can of Sparks, Tilt or any other type of alcoholic energy drink. 40 Rounds is a military saying used by the former soldiers and trainees of the 3-13 INF REGT. It is contextual and can be used as either confirmation of something, a way of acknowledging a task that you doesn’t want to do, a as a passive aggressive insult to a superior officer or NCO used by the lower enlisted. Can also be used as a moral booster to lower enlisted.
