Though sounding similar to the word 'Gay', 'Gae has a different meaning. An adjective of negativity, most often used to describe actions in a negative way but meant not to be offensive to the sexuality. Mostly used ironically.

a chill docile homosexual who deals with situations in a fabulous way; a gay person who deals with making himself look good more than looking for a relationship with men.
