A person that holds considerable butt-hurt towards an object or person and reacts in an inappropriate manner depending on the level of butt-hurt and showing what a jackass they've become, and how disgruntled they are.
Shawn got so tired of other students picking on him he became a disgruntled jackass and urinated in their mouths.

2) The guy at Fenway who stands up during an at-bat to wave down the Craker Jack vendor so his kid/girlfriend/gay lover can fish through the box for a prize.
